How to Submit a Game at MillenniumCon
Please login to http://millenniumcon.conreg.net/reg/ and click on 'Submit a New Event'. You will need to create an account if you don't have one.
We will continue to use the our new registration website for game submissions and registration. Please use your logon info from last year's convention. There is a link on the front page to reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you did not register online last year, you will need to create a new account.
Be as specific as possible in the Description field. The more complete the description (including the scale of the figures for a miniatures game), the more likely you will get participants who really want to play your game. A brief mention of objectives is usually in order so that players can see what sort of game it is.
There are various experience levels that may be requested. Unless absolutely necessary, please use 'No Experience'.
The Time Blocks (sessions) are for scheduling a single game. You may offer a particular game more than once. Simply choose the time block(s) you wish and unless there is a space issue, it is likely you will be given the slots you choose. If there is a time conflict, we will get back to you immediately for alternate slot(s) of your choosing. For single games that require more than 4 hours, indicate the additional time needed in the Staff Notes section. Those will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The duration of each event is four hours (one session) except for the Friday Morning session which will last 3 hours.
- Time Block A = Friday Morning (9:00a - 12:00p)
- Time Block B = Friday Afternoon (12:00p - 4:00p)
- Time Block C = Friday Evening (5:00p - 9:00p)
- Time Block D = Saturday Morning (8:30a - 12:30p)
- Time Block E = Saturday Afternoon (1:30p - 5:30p)
- Time Block F = Saturday Evening (6:30p - 10:30p)
- Time Block G = Sunday Morning (9:00a - 12:00p)
Our standard table is 8' x 5'. For smaller games please select a 6' X 18" table. Larger tables are extremely limited.
