Discounted Registration

Game Masters who run at least one game are given discounted registration fees. (Regular price for weekend admission is $35):

  • If you run one game, you pay only $20 for weekend admission (Thursday-Sunday).
  • If you run two games or more, you get a *FREE* weekend admission (Thursday-Sunday).

We highly recommend that Game Masters do a max of two games so they can participate in other scheduled games.

How to Submit a Game at MillenniumCon

It’s a simple process. Login to http://millenniumcon.conreg.net/reg/ and click on ‘Submit a New Event‘. You will need to create an account if you don’t have one.

New Accounts

We will continue to use the our new registration website for game submissions and registration. Please use your logon info from a previous year’s convention. There is a link on the front page to reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you have not registered online before this year, you will need to create a new account.

Event Description

Be as specific as possible in the Description field. The more complete the description (including the scale of the figures for a miniatures game), the more likely you will get participants who really want to play your game. A brief mention of objectives is usually in order so that players can see what sort of game it is.

Experience Level

There are various experience levels that may be requested. Unless absolutely necessary, please use ‘No Experience’.

Time Blocks

The Time Blocks (sessions) are for scheduling a single game. You may offer a particular game more than once. Simply choose the time block(s) you wish and unless there is a space issue, it is likely you will be given the slots you choose. If there is a time conflict, we will get back to you immediately for alternate slot(s) of your choosing. For single games that require more than 4 hours, indicate the additional time needed in the ‘Staff Notes’ section. Those will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

The duration of each event is four hours (one session) except for the Sunday Morning session which will last three hours.

  • Time Block A = Thursday Evening (6:00p – 10:00p)
  • Time Block B = Friday Morning (9:00a – 12:30p)
  • Time Block C = Friday Afternoon (2:00p – 5:30p)
  • Time Block D = Friday Evening (7:00p – 10:30p)
  • Time Block E = Saturday Morning (9:00a – 12:30p)
  • Time Block F = Saturday Afternoon (2:00p – 5:30p)
  • Time Block G = Saturday Evening (7:00p – 10:30p)
  • Time Block H = Sunday Morning (9:00a – 12:30p)

Some games will be assigned to tables in the Ballroom on the first floor next to the vendors. These tables are limited and the GM coordinator will determine which games will be assigned to this area. Game events assigned to the Ballroom will follow a different schedule shown below

  • BR1  Friday (9:00am-1:00pm)
  • BR2 Friday (3:00pm-7:00pm)
  • BR3 Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm)
  • BR4 Saturday (3:00pm-7:00pm)
Table Size

Our standard table is 6′ x 4′. For larger games please select a 8′ X 5′ table. Larger tables are limited. Games that require even larger table space can be accommodated on a limited basis, contact the convention director for more information.

Game Approval

All games events must be approved by the GM Coordinator. The games will be assigned a time block and once all the tables for that time block are filled, no more games will be submitted for that session. We will try to give you the preferred time block. If it is already filled, you will be given a choice of other time blocks by the GM Coordinator based on schedule and space.
