MillenniumCon will be held again at the Wingate Hotel and Convention Center in Round Rock. This has been an excellent venue for several years. The conference center was renovated in 2013 and rooms were updated in 2020.
Rates and Reservations
We’ve arranged special room rates for MillenniumCon attendees. You must make reservations by phone (512-341-7000). When you make your reservation, mention the Discounted Room Rate “CGMC22”. Rooms for $109.00 per night (plus tax). All Rooms including singles and doubles are the same price. Internet reservations for the Wingate Hotel in Round Rock do not give the special discount.
The hotel has a free internet, and in-room microwaves and refrigerators. In addition, the hotel has the Bonneville Lounge; a full service bar with a wide selection of wines, liquors and beer. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
